So tell me if I got it right?

Alright, like most of you, I've tried hundreds of new ideas and have failed. The only thing that goes for me in making money online is freelance writing, because there is no fail there. However, the amount of work I put into writing is not worth the price, so I am going to try a new way that I know many people do.

I've put up blogs and sites and what not, but no serious money.

This is my next plan, and for the first time I will actually have a road map for myself.

I will create an affiliation website (I think thats what their called), you know where I sell other peoples products. Now, I am not selling clothing, but lets say I am.

    This is what I plan:

1st - Design the website myself
2nd - Pay a small price for a logo, (I can't design if my life depended on it)
3rd - Pay for domain and hosting
4th - Put up my affilators clothing like abercrombie, american eagle, like big name companies
    5th - Advertise (maybe $200?)
6th - Update as much as possible

So what do you guys think? I read all the time of how people make you know a few hundred dollars a month from websites, and I try so hard to reach that achievement but I cannot, what do you think of it.

That's a good plan.. as for monetizing I recommend CPA offers or good affiliate products ;)

I think that one can make some really good money via doing freelance work. I have seen people making $3000 per month via doing copywriting jobs at different freelance sites. How much you get paid for writing a 500 words article? and where do you get these jobs? Freelance sites?

Anyway, your plan seems interesting but to see results, you may have to wait for quite some time.

Go to google and do a few searches for stuff by abercrombie and american eagle.
Now have a serious think about how many sites you'll be in competition, how much promotion those sites have done, and how much they spend on advertising. Okay, you're not really thinking of selling clothes - but whatever you sell, do a serious assessment of what the competition is like.
I'm not saying it can't be done, but in a very competitive market, $200 for advertising isn't very much.

Seems like a reasonable idea.. sort of like an online store/shop is that what you mean? Or are you thinking of articles about the products themselves with links to buy them?

    Yes its a good move.
But i don't think its nessecary to spent up to $200 to promote your site.
You can done the promotion yourself such as blog commenting and link exchange.

Well, it looks like you've got a good start for business there, old chum..
Steps are organized in a propper manner.. now, to really get things going, it's gonna take a little while.. you should be aware of that.
Look hard and long for a good affiliate, 'cause that's gonna be capital to your enterprise.

BTW, should you need some logo designed, just say so, may give it a shot at.. if you like it, you buy it. if you don't, no problem.

Anyway.. keep it up, and, good luck!

Looks like a good plan. I wish you good luck. Earning money online is never easy. It takes time. I hope this plan of yours will succeed. Try to develop as many backlinks to your site as possible. The links stay on the other sites and that will give you constant traffic. Also post your links in forums.
