    I think this picture is photo shopped. Just look at his/her arms just look at them. They are beautiful. They look like a female's arms.
    A man's arms are more muscular. I think it is a girls body with a guy's face.

    Door is opened by sticking your finger into that hole I think so it is not fucked up. That is how it is supposed to be used.

    Looks like a pathetically small hole to stick your fingers in. What if you're wearing gloves and need to put your ski gear in the closet? Doesn't make sense to me.

    And .. is that an internal screen door? WTF.

    I think the crossdressing is the least of the problems in this photo.

    I am not the beauty being photographed here nor the one taking the picture so how do I know?
    One thing I know is that I see breasts under that white dress so it is not a guy. Guys don't have breasts as far as I know.
    May be this is some Sergey Brin look alike. I don't know this is complicated shit.
