    If you run a download forum 75% of your members are gonna be leechers that is just a fact of download forums. You could add a rule to your forum if you do not have like 50 to 75 post 6 months you could be banned

    You should be the one (as an admin) to start most of the threads. Be attentive to every reply. Allow your forum to send email notification to forum replies.
