Is it possible that some ad formats server high paying ads while other serve low paying? For me; the half banner ads pay more than the skyscrapper.. is it just me?
I think you should block the ads from websites which has low payout for a click by a competitive ad filter

I agree, there should be a way for publishers to decide a minimum CPC for ads displayed and then use your own defaults to full unfilled inventory.
Hi, shergill, apply for some music related (CD sales) affiliate program. With 50+clicks on Adsense ads, I suppose you could have some 5 sure sales daily, each one giving you some 1-2 USD commission (go for indian-like world music, at least the non-indians will buy, for sure). You could also implement some more features, like lyrics in punjabi translated to english (this gives you some textual content for SEs also) or specialized edges of indian music like (if there´s anything like that) indian rap, indian r@b, indian rock, indian metal. You should also give some space for new, unknown indian music groups, to upload their videos (or if they have no videos, just the audio files), if you do it, it will give you some (quite significant) support from this unofficial, shady area of indian music.
