    2nd option is the best choice for this Backlinks purpose that's good if backlinks coming to high PR and Different IP's that's good.

    Google only counts the first link it finds. You may lose value if the content doesn't match to the first link. Content value is what is important, not the number of links. Posting links with out related content is harmful to your site.
