I was wondering since i redesigned my site with PHP files but same content and head info. When will the SE's pick up on this and how will I be able to fully transfer all the SE traffic to .html files to PHP?

Depends how much weight your site has, but it could be just a few days before SEs are picking it up. It would be best if you had just created a mime type for your HTML pages so pagerank wouldn't have been lost, but if you're set on using the .php extension you could just use a 301 redirect from all your HTML pages so the organic traffic already being created, isn't lost.

how would I do that? the 301 redirect? Also, only my domain had PR of 2 so no big loss cause I'm keeping the domain.

Do a search for '301' on these forums, there are dozens of threads about it already.

i know and I've asked people before but it hasn't ever worked, although this time it is just redirecting html files to php files in the same domain so I don't know if that makes it easier?
