Bug So, it means I can't sell on DP - EVER??

Ok, so despite being a recurring premium member, 25+ itraders and doing around thousands of trading activity here, I just realized that I can't sell one of my product anymore on the DP - just because of some "Smart" feature that was supposed to help us.

To cut the long story short, I had got infractions for my duplicate threads and the Moderator suggested me to not create threads for same product again. Fine - I went ahead and got edited my previous thread in order to re-use but when it came to "opening" the thread again from the "Sold" mark, mod simply stated that they don't have privileges to do. I also spent one of my "premium bump" on that thread, no luck. It's still rotting way down in the results - with the faded color at the bottom.

So, the concern is:
A. I can't re-use a thread since the "Sold" mark can't be removed (even by mods).
B. I am not allowed to create another thread for that same product.

So does that mean I will never be able to sell that particular product on DP ever? Ok, I had created duplicated threads, I have eaten up the infractions too (in fact, lots of them) and I have suffered my share of punishment very well. Still, can't sell anymore.

I desperately hope that I must have been missing something here. Really, it just couldn't be this way that all I am trying to abide by the rules and still unable to continue my selling activities for a product. I truly understand the importance of rules, but is it a case of some "mis-implemented" rules that there isn't any escape from the labyrinth?

Prospected solution for Admin (with my limited knowledge) could be:
A. Recover the thread from "Sold" status somehow
B. Provide me the liberty to create another thread to continue that product

I would love to have any insights from a moderator/administrator here over this complex matter. Is it really the same as it is looking to me? Is it really a Bug or something?

 

Ok, since we don't have that function now, Solution "A" is ruled out. How about Solution "B" then - It's the only way you can allow me to continue my trading I think.

 

You cannot continue because you will receive infractions until you're banned. I have the same problem and to bump your thread does not help because of the faded color at the bottom.
