So... Is this actually allowed?

    I've noticed that a lot of sites lately have been using the 234*60 Half-banners, and putting them above news posts, download links or navigation links that look exactly like the ads, making it look like the ads are actually part of their website links/content.

    (IE. gamerfreak.net The ad above the game links on the left)

    I've tried this out on a few of my websites, and the revinues have gone up about 20 times higher because of these ad placements. This sure is a great way to make more money, but I feel like I'm breaking the YPN TOS by doing this =/

    Does Yahoo have any problem with this? And if so, have any of you been banned or been given a warning about this?

    geez... yahoo has people answering phones for these questions 24/7 just call and ask.

    I think you will find they are very friendly about this.
