at one point i was making 40$ a day with google then i got "smart priced" and it fell to about 10$ a day max. and now i see people with these "lists" that block out low paying keywords...but if i did this does that mean i could seeing 40$ a day again or is my account downgraded for some reason? i use proxies for most of my adsense income btw.

The lists are just to block MFA advertising websites. At times, it can raise your revenue due to blocking lower paid advertisers.

I firmly believe there is a "smart pricing" system in Google's AdSense, because I have experienced it first hand. Without changing keywords or anything else, I have seen - and continue to see periodicaly - my revenue drop for a week or so and come back to normal after that. From 0.20/click it goes down to 0.01, or even lower, and then it just comes back to 0.20 - 0.80 after a week or so.

I had seen the worst days in past 1 year. The earning was almost NIL.

Still I kept to it and it is slowly but steadily paying me.
