Should I? I think my site is pretty good and it would really benefit from getting users. It's basically like tvlinks but I embed the videos and I've got 600+ of them right now... plus it's got a forum and what have you. Would I benefit from buying traffic? Will I make the money back in adsense revenue? What sort of buying traffic should I consider? PPC?
Paid traffic doesn't convert well. The only benefit I can think of is that you will boost your Alexa rank.
You can use PPC and buying text links from related quality high traffic sites can help you, but don't expect the returns only from adsense earnings you will loose your money easily, if you have quality useful product for the visitor, then the above said things help you a lot..
Buying traffic or traffic exchange is not particularly a good idea. instead try and promote your site better with the money
Buying traffic doesn't do much good at all. I've tried it a bit in the past and it didn't boost my revenue one cent.
This type of traffic mostly comes from pop up ads all from one IP. The problem with that is google adsense don't like this kind of traffic and may shut down your account if it becames your main form of trffic hitting on adsense ads
