    Hello there,

Just trying to get advice from people that actully USED a CPM programe and believe it's better than others.

Recently i been with sta-ads CPM campaign and earned some good money, sadly they stoped CPM today and went all way to ROI ad. I also been through:
    cpxinteractive.com
    globalinteractive.com
    burstmedia.com
    adonnetwork.com
    bannerconnect.com
    paypopup.com
    all above programes sucked...

    Currently applyed:
    valueclickmedia
    triblefusion
    caslasmedia
clickbooth (approved, but not yet to CPM)
    adpepper (approved, waiting for tags)
    bluelithium (approved, waiting for tags)

So please if anyone knows good CPM programes and suggest me to run it into my gaming forum, post it here :D

Sorry xtrade. Most CPM companies do not want you to place their ads on forums.

I work with Valueclick and they are amazing they pay very well. Burstmedia pays even better, but they have a horrible fill rate for my sites.

You can try my Valueclickmdia referral link. It will be much appreciated!

Paste this into your browser since I can't post live links yet.

Well, not really, very few of them that doesn't accept forum traffic... only bad thing about burstmedis that they do payment every 60days which is a hell of long time...

and as an update i have recived email from clickbooth and they said that i need to run a CPA banner for a while to test my traffic and decide whether to allow me CPM or not, reasone for that is that they do high CPM rates (waiting to find out and write review here)...

So, still, if someone can recomend me some, please do so.

The ones that do accept forum traffic are absolute rubbsih, so I didn't even count them.

You won't get better than ValueClickMedia, Burstmedia, CasaleMedia, and TribalFusion.

'rubbish' wow... actully my FORUM been accepted in Burstmedia... valueclick told me to edit the style.... so you just said ValueClickMedia & Burstmedia are rubbish but at the same time you said they are good... you confused me ;d

anyway, it all stands for the value of your traffic, i don't see why shouldn't forum be accepted in any programe, it just retarded...

You have to watch as alot of these CPM networks don't allow you to use their ads in forums. I am sure that casale and valueclick doesn't allow this, but am not 100% sure.

Yes, but you aren't going to have great fill rates. Burstmedia requires that you apply for an alternate ad code, which has less advertisers. Trust me. I have a separate ad code for Burst on one of my forums, and it's horrible (fill rate).

There just aren't enough advertisers who want their ads on a forums.

If you got your forum accepted without telling them they may have missed it as being a forums and it VIOLATES THEIR TOS.

If you forum has a homepage like VBadvanced CPM or a non-forum looking homepage, they probably didnt recognize it as being a forum.

With CPM you get paid by the view, and on forums peo0ple aren't paying much attention to the ads, just the discussion (especially people who use forums a lot). That costs the advertisers money. With PPC they only have to pay per click so they incur no loss.

Really you don't pay attention to your fill rate? When you first login you will see to panels on the front login page. 1 is "Paid Views" the Other is "Default views". We do not get paid for default views.

Burst Media allows personal campaigns to be used to fill default views. I use CPX Interactive and Commission Junction for those views. The above posters are right, the fill rate should not be discounted.

Generally, what are you all seeing these companies pay per CPM? I've been trying to do some experimenting, giving different programs a few days to a week on the site. My site is about 50% US traffic, 25% Euro, 25% Asian.

Adbrite paid an average of .10 per 1k ad impressions over the week.
7Search accessory ads was hardly measurable.
I have clicksor up right now.

I've been trying to find a blog or some place that tracks this stuff, and can lay it out side by side.

One other thing -- I've been playing with direct.rightmedia.com. It seems to be a good solution for geotargeting. It lets you run, say, YPN ads just to the US, and then "bid out" the international traffic on a CPM basis to any other network you want. They also give you direct access to about a half dozen networks that want to bid on your traffic. Seems to be working well after only a few days.

Hey VoltageSpike. I run direct.rightmedia.com as well. They allow you to sign up to adtegrity, them, yieldmanager, etc,... all in one go. I usually get around a .30 CPM with them, when I get around $6/$7 with Valueclick/Burstmedia. So it's not that great, but I use them for defaults.
