    So I'm guessing we "outsiders" will never really get a chance to use YPN as it's been only available for US people at the moment and doesn't seem to be heading towards any international level at all. I suppose we should just stick with Google Ads and not actually care about YPN.

    You guys are not missing much. YPN displays a very limited amount of content related ads, and then complain when you have a poor CTR after a few weeks.
