So I'm Cool Site of the Day today

I've been the Cool Site of the Day for almost an hour now.
No new users signed up yet, but I think I will be able to break my record. The goal is to get some less techy users on board

So far I'm ranked around a 6, any votes would be greatly appreciated

That's good to hear about the recurring traffic, its been my experience so far with any temporary high traffic link i still get 5-10 signups a month from them even after they are burried, I'm hoping for the same here.

Ya I've been playing around on 3 different computers here trying to figure out the voting, one wouldn't let me vote at all so I thought it was IP based. Then another let me vote 3 times already, so I have no clue

I will have a field day once I get into the office tomorrow.

And when my users start to wake up hopefully they'll vote, first time there has been any solicitations on the site, so should stand out

However, skewing your rating by asking people to vote for you is something you shouldn't be doing.

Fahd when I got my email that my site would be listed they urged me to get my friends to vote for my site and I would like to think that JoeO has some friends on this forum.

Fahd, I guess its open to interpretation. But they do not say you can not.
In terms of your question of traffic, so far there has been 200 referals and about 10 signups from there.
