so if ppl start uploading torrents

    lets say i have a file sharing site for small pdfs, documents.

    but then some users start using it for torrents. they upload torrents.

    should i let this go on ? would i get in trouble ?

    Where are your servers located? If they're anywhere in Europe or the US/Canada, get them off your server now. You will be brought down by the big wig companies. Also, does your host allow the torrents?

    one of it is hosted by leaseweb, i think they are located in netherlands.
