So i just received my first cheque...

For $112 I live in the UK, so thats been converted to £56. Can i just take the sheet with the cheque printed on to my local bank (nationwide) ? Or do i need to do something else?

Also how long do you have before the cheque cancels?

 

Every bank can and will give you money for your cheque.

Checks typically expire after 90 days (pretty sure same policy applies to Google), and you can take it to whatever bank you wish.

Any bank will cash a check, and checks usually cancel between 90-180 days, so there's no real rush but I always deposit them the day I get 'em just in case!

then i send it via National Bank, Kawran Bazar Branch,Dhaka.
