so I found a $20 cpc keyword with medium competition and 2,000 searches/month

    I'm new to making MNSs, am I incorrect in thinking this is literally just a goldmine? It seems to me that it'll cost me < $200 to get an EMD + decent SEO for it, and with just a 5% CTR and 10% of the traffic I'd make that back in a month, why hasn't someone else done something similar with this keyword already? A google search for the keyword brings many forum results - which makes me think it wouldn't take many backlinks to top them
