ok so I started a site hudsonmd.com and I modified metatag and make sure they mean what I want to have. Now I will add some text on the site. what else I need to make sure? should I add text on top/footer? Since I'm a developer not an expert on this, can anyone help me with a link where i can read about these?
i suggest make an index file of your site, coz it looks a subpage... then a add more content to spread your targeted keyword not only in your meta tags.... good luck!
Make sure your main keywords show in title tag, meta description tag, at the top of the page with h1-h6 tag, etc. Put some texts with keywords inside in the page for spiders to easily read and index. Don't use full page flash and image... But the most important is that you'd make sure your information or services are useful to visitors. Content is the key point, seo is secondary.
