Anyway, I am not ready or knowledgeable enough to coach anyone, but allow me to offer a few ideas that I've picked up here and there: - (Re)write articles and submit to places like Squidoo. Check: Squidoo SEO and "How to get your lens found". The higher rank and score you get, the more traffic it will produce. - Use forum signatures. Join several forums based on a similar topic to that of the one you wish to promote, then put a link in your signature and post as you normally would. - Use a free tool called Comment Sniper with blogs. CS detects when blogs in your list updates, it then notifies you so that you can go there immediately, read the blog post and add a proper comment with your referrer link at the end. I use CS myself, and it's great. You can toggle it on and off, if you prefer not being disturbed by the notifications. - Create your own blog and / or website. SEO-tweak it and build back links, then "they will come".
