Hi, We all Love Google, specially Google AdSense publishers love Google more than others but i just noticed that Google has double standards for Google Adsense programe. Some of us who contact Google Adsense support by email, only get automated answers/replies and Their real staff never replies even we have a big issue and need their help seriously. But see, Shawn Hogan, the admin of Digitalpoint, replied (when his account was disabled) to a adsense-noreply@google.com and got reply from Google Adsense team within 2 days and his account was re-activated while we - the newbies are ignored by Google adsense. this is not double standards, this is called priority. every one or every company works based on priority and which ever is more important gets done first. also, size of the account has something to do with it. premium adsenes publishers have their dedicated adsense reps as well, you call that double stnadard also? a publisher who makes pennies a month will surely not get the same attention from google as a publisher who makes 6 figures. thats just the way a business operates. you make more money for me, i will provide you better support to help you make more moeny for me. thats just the way a business operates
I agree with sultanofseo. I don't think that Google want to lose one of their biggest earnings sites. Plus, he's using Premium account, not a normal account like the rest of us. If you have the same account, I bet that Google would reply as soon as possible.
The term double standard is wrong and this kind of ads you have shown from google is just being priorities I think don't be so over reacted by it.
If someone replies to a "no-reply" email then he should consider himself lucky IF he gets a reply. Otherwise use the official contact forms or emails from Google and your chances are good that you'll get a reply. However the reply can take up to 4 weeks or longer. StarBuG
Since when does google offer support anyway? It is sporadic at best. Even for their mobile phones they have a support forum and that is it. Google does not care for supporting its product

I think it is unfair for us .Last month my account had been banned.. But they did not give me the chance to ativate my account
But I hope in their TOS the priority service is not mentioned, and they are supposed to answer all mails.
