That's good though at this time Google considers .gov and .edu sites similarly as .com sites.I am kinda amaze that you have mentioned that your site is barely month old with pretty numbers of .edu and .gov links. I think you are doing a good job here and hope you would pass the Google sandbox pretty well.Mind to share your site?
sorry but I find that as bs a .com is not better than any other domain. From my experience I think google no longer discriminates based upon tld but now more on how much authority the site has which comes from backlinks of course. It's so easy to get a link on a .edu these days. You can buy a solid one for like $2-5 or just do some research on spam and 'university ezproxies' lol. A .mil and .gov may have more value - edu's are no different from .com, .co.uk or even .info. Prove me wrong.
.gov link is good for back link and helpful also but one need to do perfect comment and not spam comment
