so dp admins give personal favor to there friends?

well recently i was working with a guy for blog commenting,he had sent me 15$ for his comments work,first i clearly told him that i will do his work after i m finish with my current projects,and after that he sent me payment,it all happened 2 days back,

now he was sending me mails day and night reminding me of doing his work or else refund the money,i clearly told him that wait and i will start work on his site for comments,and then today he sent me mail like this

well then i told him i m not your servant and i will send your money back,but then he left me a -ve itrader saying that i m been unprofessional,then i also left him a -ve,since he opened a dispute in my paypal,


as i clearly told him that i will refund his money,then why would he open the dispute?and now he sent me this email

so all i want to know that does things like this happen on dp?like admins are doing favor to members?


i just want information,and want to clear my thought on this,nothing offence against any staff member

BEWARE OF THIS GUY. I requested a refund when he couldnt start the work as advertised, this is what he told me:

Look. This guy promised me work yesterday, he said it would start today. I paid yesterday for it to start today, then he's emailed me today saying he cant start because he has "more important client work", at which point I have emailed back saying thats unnaceptable and I want a refund. To which he replied with the email you see above.

I am going to take this as far as I can, mods, admins, even the SEO company he claims to work for SEO INtl. Simply because I am not going to be spoken to like that by someone I am paying to do work. If you pay for a service to be completed on a certain date then you expect that service to be completed on that date.

YOU DO NOT expect to be told that your work isnt important enough for them to do and you most certainly do not expect to be told to go f# yourself.
