I'm a little confused by the mixed timelines of the posts/information here, and links out to various quotes from shawn with sometimes conflicting info regarding whether or not the loss of the google API is the end of the coop, which he appears to have made some attempts to compensate for while at the same time talking about killing the coop. As of Ocotber 5, 2009, is this coop functioning and accepting new members? Also as of this time, are the sites queued for review going through? Finally, has there been any decision made on whether or not to continue without the google-powered features. I would appreciate some advice from current, active users and ESPECIALLY anything from the admin regarding the future of the coop, and whether or not I should join. As regards the cookie stuffing lawsuit, I ain't skeered, shouldn't impact me unless they shut him down right? I'll watch my sites for that sort of chicanery but if the coop is moving traffic, I'll join right now. I do NOTwant to fill out the forms or whatever and then sit around for 30, 60, 90 days running coop ads and waiting for "review". So, go or no go? Or, nobody knows?
