So does everyone know the Blog & Ping / Tag & Ping method by now?

I've been meaning to write an ebook on this for awhile now but it's just so little info that I didn't want to sell it by itself. I assume most people know what this is by now but if not I'll make a blog entry on the subject so everyone can avoid the $100 books or $500 classes dealing with it. If you don't know anything about the concept please raise your hand.

i understand the blog & ping and have used that... the tag & ping not as much... i understand what tags are and pinging but I dont know how you can use that to be more successful in marketing the site
