so disappoint with namecheap

    I regarded them as the best before，
    but this time they are so disappointing:mad:

    i send my questions to their support email and their tickets system ,
    but after 24 hours still no answers , god , is this namecheap ??

    And anyone can tell me how to contact them except the email and ticket?
