Each and every person I heard in the video reiterates that the person is a criminal as do both the commentators. If it was your attempt to equate this video to those we have seen in your other threads showing your religious preachers advocating murders and wife beating to disprove us, then I would ask you to at least listen to the Hindi commentator there.

Decidedly, the man is a criminal and I am not even talking about those who blindly offered themselves to be cut by him.
