So Blogger Sent Me An E-Mail...

Now my blog consists of links to different Rapidshares that I find through different search engines. I figured it wouldn't be a problem considering I wasn't actually uploading any of the files, I was just indexing them. Now I'm trying to find a healthy alternative to what my blog has already been started up as.

Which brings me to my question. If I linked my posts to my Google Custom Search (limiting it to my few Rapidshare, Mediafire, and Megaupload sites) instead of directly linking people would Blogger have rights to remove my content?

This is rather irritating but the last thing I want is my established content to be completely removed. I'm actually pulling in a decent amount of traffic.

If that is what you want to do, you need to get your own domain, and hosting.

Linking to (promoting) illegal or copy written material is also against the rules and the law.
Blogger has a right to do anything they want to your blog for any reason they see fit. You don't own a blogger blog, they do. They are just letting you use it and per the T.O.S, you need to follow the laws of the DMA or risk being shut down.

    It's really that simple.
If you want to do anything you wish, get your own stuff.
