Snurff.com, PR5 $400 per month income.

Selling Snurff.com, a toplist site. Because it is a toplist site, the stats are super inflated, IE, awstats says I get 7000 uniques per day, more like 200. Also included are subdomains. One of which makes me over $400/mo through CJ.

Starting bid $1000.00 Will provide proof of income only to well qualified buyers as the income is off of a super niche and I don't want to reveal it to the world.

Do not bid please if you are not well known and only bid if you have a positive only i-trader.

 

I am interested, can you pm me revenue and stats details. Also did you use any PPC advertising to promote the subdomain that brings the 400$/m, if yes will you also include your keyword list with the sale?

 

Here are the stats, please bear in mind, because this is a toplists site the stats are supr inflated, according to adsense, www.snurff.com only gets a couple hundred uniques per day.

 

Also, no PPC was used, although that would be a great idea!

You have hundreds of subdomains off this snurff.com... will a full business plan come with this to ensure the complexities are covered to regain the investment ?

Snurff.com alone will not earn.. So I need to know more.

site:snurff.com in googles search box brings up so many subdomains I wont begin to research.

Looking further into the subdomains PPC Sites, I would think they need refreshing for each months/years popular choices. I do have my own ppc machine but are you offering all thats required for your recipe of success per/se ?

Also, I see some of the pages have no content, just the keywords, the links at bottom and the domain name/subdomain to draw the key adsense... I believe this is very grey in googles TOS.. Correct me if im wrong, I'm very intrigued.

 

The subdomains are an experiment, only one is legit. The rest are dormant.You do not have an Itrader rating though so I cannot go any further than that.

 

Your stats and such are listed elswhere... could you check the date on that other site and tell me if im wrong about the time..

QFH: Use the www(dot)Snurff.com version. This is showing PR5 for me.

I would certainly like more information too; however, I am also very new here at this forum, I just found it a couple of days ago.
