Snowing in Vancouver?? WTF?

    I did some research and everywhere I read said that getting snow in Vancouver was very difficult due to its location. Well.... now one of my friends just sent me this

    Seems its been snowing for almost a day!
    Gee... and I am going to be there by Wednesday and stuck for 7 days. Darn luck...

    Do tours and stuff like that still go on? Don't want to be sitting in my hotel with nothing to do.

    I live in NW washington, and the snow that ever falls around sea level doesnt last more than a few days. I bet tours will still go on.

    wow , i love snow, its been more then 6 years i haven't touched snow :(
    last time i did was when i was at manali in india, it should be freezing cold there, keep the heater on !!

    Still no snow in Austria, almost december already and we still have 10C, very strange.

    Wow.. I am finally here in Vancouver and I LOVE it!! It is incredible, the people are really friendly, the girls are beautiful... I don't want to go back to crummy Mexico :D

    If you are Canadian I must say you are very lucky, this place is amazing and I will sure come back next year and study for some months.
    Went shopping at PC... tomorrow I'll be checking out my school and then I still have to go to the imax... stanley park... chinatown...

    I love it here :)
