Ok, so as many of you know I own my own ISP, and the facility where our customers servers are housed. We have a 30,000 sqft parking lot. We are in Wisconsin, and organize a snow plow service every year. We have about 8 - 10" of snow on the ground today. I got to work at 8:30AM this morning after being dropped off by the dealer (wife's car needs warranty work).

The dealer pulls into the drive to our parking lot and it is covered with snow. It is 8:30AM.. It has stopped snowing.. Our service knows that our business opens early, you would think they would have plowed by now.

It's 9AM now, and still no show. It's far to dangerous to have anyone over here ATM as a result. Would you fire these dirt bags and get a new service or what?

The first snow fall, the did do an ok job.. Missed a few spots, but were actually done before 6AM..

Should I give them another chance, or fire them?

    Thank.

Did you call them yet? I would have called as soon as I noticed.
