This site is not complete, but I'm looking for ideas to liven it up... More colors? Is the header logo too boring? Ideas for content other than weather, Reviews, and snow blower sales... Buffalo Snow Blowers just looking for some ideas to make a boring site come to life. again, this is not the finished product... i plan to add more sales categories and plenty of reviews and some content to the main page. thanks for any help.
Hello, I really like the title... perhaps you could develop a line of funny content that would play on the name. How about sending something into Jay Leno as a funny notice/advertisement or a photoshoped image of a buffalo doing something funny? The navigation at the top of the page needs a bit more than home and shop. Perhaps you could add other sections related to home, garden, vehicles, holidays (i.e. get away from the snow) or games (i.e. what to do if you are snowed in). You might also want to put in a page of useful things to have around the house if a storm hits... i.e. torches, blankets, water, etc. to make it a resource rather than a simple sales site. Hope this is helpful and good luck with the site (and the weather up there)
thanks for the ideas. i think i will definitely put some of them to use. i actually dont live in buffalo, but i've visited many times and this past weekend i was there visiting a friend and he was commenting on how much he loved his snow blower and that he wouldnt survive the winter without it.. so i joked that i was going to buy buffalosnowblowers.com when i got home. we actually got hit with a blizzard as we drove home back to pittsburgh.
