Snoop Directory Now Has a Bidding Section

I decided to add a bidding section to my directory seeing as it seems to be the greatest thing since sliced bread ;)

It has no PR yet of course but that will come in time. Now is the time to get in on the action as minimum start bids are only $5.00. Minimum increase bids are currently set at $3.00 because of paypal fees. If I allowed a $1.00 increase I would make about 25 cents...

Each listing comes with 5 deep links on the details page and all listings are permanent... There will be a max of 12 listings per page including the main page which of course has the top 12 bids.

If you have any questions or comments let me know...

NOTE: The one listing that is there now will not be staying as it is my own site. It is just there to demonstrate what the listing and details page will look like.

    Regards,
    Tim

Is the correct method to make a bid more than $5 to increase the quantity? I submitted one with 3 as the quantity...so, my bid amount was $15. I didn't see anywhere else to specify the bid amount. What happens if I want to bid $14? :) Just my feedback. I think either you forgot to add the field for the bid amount or I missed it.

Well I didn't think I would get anyone wanting to bid more than $5 right off the bat :D
To bid $14 you would make an initial bid of $5 and then increase the bid by $9...

I know it seems weird but my wife says I'm a very weird guy! LOL

Aha. Consider it something to keep in mind and possibly improve in the future. (The current method will cost you more in PayPal fees, which will add up over time.) Best of luck!
