    Hey there,
    I'm trying to sell a snooker website - www.snooker-champs.com

    Story:
    It was intended as a Snooker-related website that was started a few days before the World Snooker Championship, so I thought this would have made great stories/articles to discuss/write. The website can continue as-is with Snooker related content (news, records, videos, challenges, etc). The ones that are passionate about the game know what I mean.

    Features:
    * Registered at GoDaddy (Free push)
    * Predicted to be a PR4 (screenshot)
    * 100% custom designed WordPress template
    * 64 handwritten original articles about the World Snooker Championship 2007 - thousands of words and relevant keywords.
    * Domain expires on 17/April/08
    * Lots of organic traffic with excellent snooker keywords (screenshot); website needs to be updated more often though)
    * Over 4000 unique visitors in three weeks (traffic screenshot). That's a high number when compared with the actual number of snooker fans online ;)

    Income:
    The only monetization attempt was AdSense placed in various sides of the website. We thought not to abuse it, so we kept it to a minimum, but optimizations can be made to increase your account. Also, I think my account has been smartpriced so you could earn more if you'll own this.
    Second, we were using a revenue-sharing simple PHP script that was displaying 30% of my ads and 70% of the editors' writing the stories, so you're only seeing my part now.
    In three weeks during the World Snooker Championship, the website made $9.07 (screenshot). That's ~40$/month overall with a simple math.

    Other information:
    I'm selling this because at this point, I have no editor to write articles on the website. This is not a must-go. If the price offered doesn't combine my expectations, I'd rather not sell and develop the website further.

    Id have no problem offering that if you had 3-6 months traffic history and the site was actually PR4, as it stands though its a 1 month old site. You have income for 1 month, which doesnt constitute $40 a month it may just be a 1 off good month as your traffic while there are no big tournements wouldnt support that income. I really think you need to be a little more realistic about the price your looking for or alternatively keep hold of it until it has PR and you havemore traffic/income stats
