Selling SNIP.ws - Custom Made Snippets Website

Hello everybody,

I am looking to sell one of my precious projects, I had big plans for this but unfortunetly I cannot continue coding the script and I need the money to continue other projects I have. So here are the details about this site:

Domain: snip.ws ( LLLL.ws premium domain - short and easy to remember )
Coding Language: This website was built on Laravel using PHP. It's easy to code in Laravel even for beginners.
Traffic: Couple of uniques per day. No advertising has been done.

Website Features:
- Beautiful simple design, fast loading and beautiful coding. Easy to understand.
- Every snippet can have at this moment: Snippet title, body, snippet language ( categories ) easy to add and private option ( private means that is not listed into categories, sidebar and search engines )
- http://snip.ws/browse - Contains all public snippets, including categories and easy navigation thru them
- http://snip.ws/38 - Single snippet page contains :
- Title, nice date functions like ( 1 min ago, 1 day ago, 1 week ago, 1 year ago ), category, number of views, number of forks, number of downloads and snippet size in kb
- http://snip.ws/38/fork - using the fork functions visitors can create a new snippet using the contains of this one ( like github and other sites )
- http://snip.ws/38/raw - visitors can see the raw version of the snippet
- http://snip.ws/38/download - users can download the snippet into a .txt file, this is done automatic from beckend
- http://snip.ws/38/embed - users can embed the snippet into their websites using iframe
- http://snip.ws/38/report - here you can implement an form so users can report snippets

- The snippet display on the single view contains the theme switching function. The script for the snippet is code pretiffy and it has 14 themes, users can change them to see the code however they want
- This themes are allready implemented into the iframe embed function, so users can do something like - http://snip.ws/38/embed/iframe?theme=github ( and they can embed the snippet on their site with every theme they want). This function is unique.

- http://snip.ws/stats - contains some statistics simple functions that I have implemented to count all snippets, views, downloads and forks.

There is no admin beckend everything is done in code, simple to implement new pages and simple to add new features depending on your coding skills. I will provide support for buyer whenever he needs.

Google PageSpeed Score of 86 (out of 100).

The domains is registered at Name.com, there are no fees for pushing to another account.

For hosting, you can host this site on what server and enviroment you want, shared is good, vps is great.

Seems too high for simple theme and business logic involved.... ANy traffic stats? Do you get any revenue

 

I think the price is fair for what you get, its not just a simple theme and business logic, you get unique custom design and script. I have no stats because the traffic is low, couple of uniques per day. And no revenue.
