warning: Do it in your own's risk.

I would like to share one sneaky way to cookie your visitors with affiliate links in your BANS site without having them to click thru your aff link.

No it is not about invisible pop up or cookie stuffing, though the concept is similar. Many antivirus software actually marks these script as virus so you need something better...

Just add the following code in your website
    <IMG height=1 src="http://www.xyz.com" width=1>
http://xyz.com --> your eBay affiliate link

    http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-37018-2978-0/1?AID=10420677&PID=mynumbers
    Code (markup):
and when i delete all of my cookies and go to the website I don't find any cookies for ebay

You may be confusing setting cookies with registering clicks. It would register a click but to set a cookie the browser has to be on the domain for which the cookie is being set for.

you could setup a 1x1 pixel iframe and have it redirect to your affiliate link, so anyone who visits your page will get the ebay cookie.
BTW: this is against the tos

    adrock1795 is right.

as i said, do it at your own's risk.

I've did it with no problems, but I can't guarantee for you.

This trick can be used with other network as well, eg. Clickbank

sorry I just dont understand. If you are serious about your online "business", why do you want to risk your account ? all your hard work in designing, promoting etc.... gone in the drain. think before you do.

    just my 2 cents.

you don't neccesarily have to use this trick with eBay.

It works well with Clickbank products too.

nvm, already mentioned.. I can understand that certain people wouldn't use the 1x1 pixel image, but that would certainly throw your reports off, and that right there wouldn't seem right.

Youre right on. They are just one of 1,000s as well.

Many of the largest sites online use pixel tracking and have for years.
