Hello guys, i won a domain on 18. april at snapnames.com. i received an email from snapnames which is like " The domain is now registered to you. The registrar now managing your registration is PearlNamingService.com. "You will receive a confirmation email with account access information from the registrar within 24 hours." 1 day and 18 hours have passed and still no confirmation email from registrant? Actually this is my first time im buying a domain with snapnames. How long it takes? is it normal?
I bought 2 domains from them and always received the email in 24 hours. They use a lot of different registrars to grab the domain and I heard some of them are a nightmare to operate your domain at. I heard that a guy got his domain at some Japanese registrar that was only in Japanese and nobody at support understood a word of english. Call snapnames asap to get this fixed.
If you are paid below $60 its may be already in your account ( manage.snapnames.com)same login as your SN. For domains over $60 may take up to 48 hours, I did expirience unusial delays last week.In general after buying over 500 domains from SN never lost one.
