snapnames.com and drop date

Hi,
Im bidding on my first domain at snapnames.com and was wondering if anyone knew if the domain would lose its previous registration date. The domain IS (or rather was) registered at networksolutions.com. Thanks.

 

Check the whois. If the old date still remains, then it will stay. usually NS will use the new date. They suck.

Netsol has an agreement with snap..

It WILL keep its original registry date

 

I do not think so. I got almost 600 domains from snappy, and 300 of which is registered at NS. Only 50 of them kept the old date.
Too bad.

 

I've won quite a few auctions on Snap and all of them retained their previous registration dates.

Just write them and ask about the particular name..

I dont think fucknamepros has a clue though..

 

if snapname stays the register they keep the reg date other wise it doesnt . . . small sample size though . . . only 20 domains

 

Snapnames.com responded saying the domain would have a new registration date, even though its registered by NS.

 

so trust me, i'm a pro .
