Probably the only way to get a decent return for this DN is to develop it. I really like the domain name. Would say: Non-develop (mid to high) $xx (lots of domainers looking for a decent DN related to build a blog or forum) If you develop it: (mid-high) $xxx
Really cool that I'm not the only one seeing potential in this one. Maybe I'm a little bit conservative on the estimation (cuz, the domain maket isn't at it's highest moments), but I would develop this one & sell it at a better moment: when the domain market (& economy) will step up! At that moment, you will certainly have a return equal at it's potential: since there's not much good brandable DN related .com's available that hasn't been reg & developed. Every domainer would love to have it's own highly brandable & cool looking DN website to get more credibility & have better contacts (that has the capital) to liquidate et buy domains (and be a reference in this chaotic market!). So, take your time: you have what everyone here want's! lolll
There's definitely a huge area of sucess that could occur with this domain. U/D - Mid - High $xx D - Mid $xxx to High $xxxx (Maybe less, maybe more.. It depends on how you use it)
