    Is this database unique? I think with 6k+ members, it should at least be getting 50-100 members logged in at anytime. Not 1-10. =/

    $30..Although I am very interested I am very scared. Last time I opend up a warez site it got taken down and unless I paid a couple hundred dollar fine they would sue me....So yea how can we prevent this. If you make a good point I am willing to spend quite abit.

    Robbey unless they take you to court, and talk to a lawyer I wouldn't pay anyone for them not to sue me.

    They cannot sue you for providing links ot copyrighted content that the users of the forum post. All they will do is contact you (or your datacenter) and say that you are offering illegal links. ALl you gotta do is ask specific URLs and when they give that to you you just remove them.

    Trust me ive been over this a few times ;)

    I know the profits are great, Is it worth the risk? I mean all it would be is link to rapidshare downloads. I am 16 and I have already been to court for something similar to this :D

    Ok here is the deal, I had a conversation via MSN this morning with iSmurf and apparently the site itself is 1 month and was told that I would get the domain, db and everything else that went with the site. I did not know Lood1234 that the database was stolen from another site. There for I am not going to buy the site and I pity the person who does but the site.
