    No, there is nobody who is going to do this so you can spam 70,000+ emails per day. No legitimate user has the need to send that many emails in a day. Sorry!

    If these people really opted in to receive these emails you'd have no problems paying the high costs to send this volume of emails. No web hosting provider will allow this volume of emails.
