    Well, there always someone who can help you but cheap are impossible you are looking for at least in the mid XXX$ range for dedicated or low XXXX$ range for only email services.

    This would only be allowed if you followed the ICANN SPAM rules religiously, otherwise you'd dirty up IP's within days.
