Forgive me if this is not the right section...

Every time my Thunderbird account tries to auto-respond to emails, they are returned with this error.:

    xxxxxx@yahoo.com
Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
    host f.mx.mail.yahoo.com [68.142.2xx.xxx]: 421 Message from (64.15.xx.xxx) temporarily deferred - 4.16.50. Please refer to http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/defer/defer-06.html

Is the email address/es I use blacklisted or my IP address? How can I get around this? thanks.

Try to use SMTP Authentication and see if you can send out after enabling the authentication.
