Hey! i use SMTP e-mail for my fanfiction site and am having alot of trouble with it.

My web provider is bluehost and they seem to be coming up as spam.

My authors can't retrieve password information nor recieve conformation of their stories acceptance or denial.

I need a way to fix this can anyone tell me a possiable soulotion?

The information you provided is very little. If you could give a more detailed example then perhaps I can help you out with this.

Is the stmp problem at your host end or is it local?
Is it the permanent or intermittent problem?

Your domain name is not on any spam lists. Your domain name's SPF record comes up neutral. And it seems you have no PTR record. You should contact your hosting company and tell them to set your domain up with a PTR record. This is essential in today's market. Not having this - most of your emails will end up in the junk mail box.

Using another hosting as your SMTP server won't work out as well wiether since they are not the SOA for your domain name.

This is your web hosting provider's issue and they should address it
