Hi there! I work with SMSCoin project for 2 years already. They do pay as they say. The only inconvenience to my mind is that they provide payouts to WEbmoney and Payoneer only. I started using Payoneer half a year ago and I am really satisfied. Besides, most of my visitors are from Western Europe and as far as they provide a wide range of rates in most European countries, I get really nice profit from my project.
