I think you need to connect to phone company in order to use their gateway.
If you don't want to used them gateway, then you need to create a API to used it and this way is time and money consuming.

Is there any alternative to make up this kind of site without interfering with the Telecom companies such like using their API or something.

In that case I think your only option is to steal a bunch of telephones and forward people's SMSes by hand.

You will not be able to send free SMSes otherwise; someone has to pay for them (except to receiver-pays countries like the USA). Some web sites give you "free" SMSes because they are trying to make money in other ways, like advertising or upselling different services.

But at the end of the day someone is paying.

Simply untrue. This person or his supplier is paying, or else the credits only work in a handful of countries.

Anyway, keep chasing the dream. Perhaps you could ask this person where his magic SMS credits come from.

you can use a sms gateway software / API to send sms. email2sms gateway is free BUT is not supported everywhere. Even though you OWN a SMSC server. you need connectivity to some mobile gateway, unless you own it yourself, still someone is paying. may be you guys are abusing some gateway there who isnt securing their paths, but this isnt free totally.

Kannel lets you send SMS via a GSM modem (i.e., phone) in which case your phone account is billed. Or it lets you connect via the internet to an SMSC in which case you need to have a paid account with them before they will accept your connection.

If there was a way to send free SMSes then nobody would be paying for them by now.
