SMS Payment Provider - any recommendations?

First time poster so please go easy

I am looking for a payment provider who can offer the following functionality:

Payment Via Text Message. The payment provider needs to provide a solution whereby a consumer can purchase a service via text message. Upon purchase the consumer then receives the details of their purchase via text.

Can anyone please recommend any credible providers who can provide the above functionality. I have developers who are looking for a provider but appear to be stuck in recommending anyone.

Ok fine when i was going through people's site you people said your limit in a mouth is $10,000 what about it exceed the limit ? & the percent rate is 24 for the person or so i can't really recall .
