Hello, I am from India. I have heard and seen ads many times related to SMS marketing in the newspaper. I have called also to know about SMS job but they say only give us your address and contact number we will send you a form via courier and after filled the form you have to send me return on our company. They says you have to send 100 to 150 per day by your mobile and after one month you will get 8k to 10k rs. So I want to know and please suggest me that SMS marketing is legal and they pay in originally. Any one is doing this type job also. I am waiting for your early and positive response. Thanks.
It suppose to be legal while i seems lot of company provide those sms marketing service. It only no legal if the database is generate without getting permission from the clients. While it might look as spam mail same to SMS. They will paid for you when you help them to blast sms because they getting paid from merchant as well for the blasting service.

it works only for local business. I used to get several ads and never read anything, I just delete them. So..before investing on sms marketing.. plan twice and find your niche etc.,
