    It depends.
    Sms marketing is great in some case, but not very effective in others.
    If you are trying to sell something from an sms message the conversion rate will be low.
    It's great for reminders about events, notifications for promos, lead generation with gifts.
    Practically everybody reads their SMSs so if you use it to inform people about something, or to give them some value, then it will work.
