Smowtion Website Approval time?

    Hi guys I would like to know what the smowtion website approval time is. I joined a couple of days ago and it still hasn't approved me and I would really like to see if there is a better cpm network than adbrite. Whom pay me a couple of cents a day for around 40 visitors/100 pageviews. If you could recommend any good ones for myself that would be great as well!
