Smowtion.com doesn't pay for clicks?!

First of all, i searched the faq and i didn't see anything noticeable that's why i'm posting this thread:cool:
This month i am testing smowtion media. I placed 2 banners and so far i got 13 clicks but got paid only 0.01$
Does it take some time to evaluate the clicks or this is what my 13 clicks (in 468x60 and 120x600 banner) deserved? If that's what their real value is..then i don't know, smowtion is "stupid" :p

The advertisements of Smowtion is very attractive and entertaining, of course people will click on it. However, Smowtion is really good at their eCPM rate, I average around 0.35, which is decently good.

Smowtion pays for the clicks, they have eCPM (e-effective) so if someone clicks on your ads the eCPM goes u, it's a mix of ppc-cpm.
