    Hi!

I am new to advertising and I just want to know if my ads positioning is good. I am using Smowtion because I was rejected by Adsense maybe because my site is new.

Here is my site, a local job board site: www.cebujobbers.com

    Thanks...

You site has potential, but you should try on all costs to get adsense on it, you will get double income with it.

There is a simple "trick" to increase your chance to be accepted:
Change the site design, at last the front page, to a blog like style.
Write there for one or 2 month blog entries, in a wordpress like style.

On the left hand, have the blog part, on the right site the stuff you already have.

After you wrote a good amount of related articles, which you should promote too, means digg it up,
backlink to other related job blogs and so on, your site will get naturally a good google rank.

Do some SEO too. Add your site to "site checker" pages, which check for title length, HTML errors,
description tags, anchors and that. Its important to have that all clean, because big parts of the
check you get accepted is done by bots, checking and ranking your site by automated checks.

The bots create a kind of score out of it, so be clean with it.
If you have an old site with tons of backlinks and high google rank, its not important, because
that is part of the score ranking factors too and it will be overrule then the missing.
But for a new or at last not so big site, its important to collect as much "points" as possible.

If you now retry to commit the site to adsense (remember to create for every try a new and unique google account with
a new email), you should be accepted soon.
